EDIT: The facemaker has been updated (I said 'new' because 'updated' didn't fit in the title)! Featuring super resolutions (around 1500-2000 px in size)! Since this is for CS2 there are also images for making the set for own version at home - plus some instructions if you don't know how to do this! Also note that the preview image is the old one and the brushes themselves have changed slightly since this. I have started using these again in my KvsC (Katana vs Cutkass) comic strips.
I have recently been making a lot of cute things so here is a set of brushes including all the things I use plus some stuff I made especially just for this set. For brushes that are meant to be used twice (you can choose your own spacing that way), they are in the preview twice. There are also 'reflections' of things that look different from one side than the other (assymetrical). For example, the crying eyes. There are even some flipped versions of the human noses so that heads facing different directions can still be made.
If you still want to manipulate a brush individually, you could always put in on a sperate layer and press Ctrl+T to 'Free TRansform' - then right-click to choose whatever you want to change (default is scale) and fiddle with them handles! Then 'Ctrl+E' with that layer selected to merge it with the layer below.
